You’re invited to the exclusive Avant Summit VIP Reception, an evening of entertainment and networking that leans into our mountain setting. This event features locally sourced food, elevated rustic decor and plenty of time to connect with peers and share stories, just like at camp. This is our chance to thank executive representatives from our sponsors, as well as speakers and key supporters who help bring Camp Summit to life.

Date: Wednesday, February 24, 2027
Time: 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Location: Woody's Pub, Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, Kananaskis, Alberta

Enjoy passed appetizers, a host bar, entertainment and meaningful conversations in an elevated rustic setting. For those attending the conference, this is your opportunity to connect with industry leaders before the Summit begins. For those attending as an ally or a senior leader within your organization, we are grateful for you creating the time and space to make meaningful connections amongst industry peers with a similar vision.

Please confirm your attendance by completing the registration form below by no later than January 25, 2026. Spaces are limited to ensure a meaningful experience.
