Join Joule (formerly Young Women in Energy) for an evening reception celebrating Indigenous women leaders shaping Canada’s energy sector.
The program features a ministerial address and a moderated fireside chat, exploring leadership, equity, and what meaningful economic reconciliation looks like in practice. From building Indigenous-owned businesses and negotiating impact benefit agreements to advancing equity participation and workforce development, speakers will share candid, experience-based perspectives on where the industry is headed and what still needs to change.
Following the program, the floor opens for networking with a hosted bar, bringing together delegates, industry leaders, and emerging professionals in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
